Digital Marketing Webinar

Earlier this month we participated in an all-day webinar hosted by HubSpot, a well-known company that provides tools and support for digital marketing firms. The day included sessions on various topics, including AdWords, Social Media, and Storytelling. We learned that we’re doing a lot of things right, and also that there are areas we could improve in. Digital marketing is moving at great speeds so we’re always looking for ways to stay educated, and this was a good way to keep up with the changing times.

Project 333

In May, we helped provide relief to the homeless and spread some laughs. Our $333 donation went to support Stevie Ray’s Improv Company and their comedy marathon ‘Comedians Who Care’. Stevie Ray, a well-known Minneapolis comedian, presented his annual 26-hour marathon with entertainers volunteering their time to help raise money for People Serving People, the largest homeless organization in Minnesota.

Employees Out and About (with photos to prove it)

It’s no secret around here that Carol likes to get out and about, and this month was no different. She’s always the first to try new restaurants in the Twin Cities, she participated with her friend Michelle in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure on Mother’s Day (which raised over $178K!), and she spent a weekend enjoying the sights of Boston.

But Carol isn’t the only adventurer in the office. Over the long holiday weekend, many of us got out and enjoyed our time off. Mary attended Chanhassen’s Memorial Day Ceremony honoring fallen service members, followed by a trip to the Landscape Arboretum; Melinda visited the grave of her grandpa who was a WWII veteran and then took the kids out boating; Fred caught a 23” walleye; Danette visited her old stomping grounds in Wisconsin; Maureen kept herself and her dogs cool on the lake; Megan discovered some interesting sculptures at Lake Sheila in Iowa; and Tim spent quality time with Finn and Mikko.

The way we see it, change is the way forward and the magic happens when curiosity, math, science, instinct, and talent intersect.
Here’s a tip. Tips are on the rise.
