It seems everywhere you look, especially if you work in marketing, there are stories, articles and statistics about the coveted millennial generation. But as time moves on, it’s inevitable that another generation will come along and take over the top spot. That time has come, and our client Synchrony is taking notice. This summer, they came to us with a request to create a white paper about Generation Z, and how this group’s behavior, financial knowledge and spending patterns will affect their banking clients.

The data for this project came to us in an e-Book with statistics about Gen Z aggregated by our client, along with images and graphic elements that were outside of the Synchrony brand. We took those elements and turned them into a piece that fits nicely into a library of research-based white papers that Synchrony has been adding to on a regular basis.

This was no easy task, as all the data needed to be repositioned and used as a basis for conclusions and insights, and the images and graphics needed to be updated to fit the brand. And once we finished the print version, we created three digital versions to be used on their website.

The final pieces contained some great information about this upcoming generation of a nicely flowing, on-brand, easy-to-understand format.
