Understanding emerging media has been both a vocation and an avocation for Philip. He’s owned his own interactive agency and that helps Philip understand that, as the technology becomes more mainstream, new ideas and more creativity emerge. “It’s like a blank canvas,” he smiles. “I enjoy helping clients with the technology, learning what worked for them, and then morphing tested ideas into new thinking and execution.” Megan says, “I’ve always seen the value and understood how new media contributes to our overall marketing strategy. But with Philip, we’ve taken it to the next level.” Philip is great at knowing the questions to ask. He looks forward to the next change, wanting the technology to get better, different, more interesting. “With Philip,” Maureen adds. “We’re bringing in additional relevant options for our customers so we can recommend the right channels for each customer. Email marketing, social media, Web analytics, SEO, mobile marketing—it’s important to stay on top of those technologies as they evolve. Philip’s role is to help our current and prospective clients drive their brand in the digital space.” He earned his B.S. in Marketing and Philip stays current in part by learning how different companies use various tools and methods to support their brands. “It involves a lot of reading and study, but this is the kind of thing I do for fun,” Philip plainly states. |
