She’s the type of sales person every company wants; someone with incredible initiative and persistence who doesn’t tick people off.

“Suzanne has a motor that doesn’t stop running and that serves her well,” states Maureen. “She has a real knack for opening doors and showing people why it’s worth talking to us.”

When asked to name some specific challenges in sales today, Suzanne gives a little shrug. “I just roll up my sleeves and get to work,” she answers. “People think selling is more complex than it needs to be. It's really Basic Sales 101: determine which clients you'd like to work with, learn what’s important to them and then show them the value you can bring to the table. If you’re sincere and have patience, people want to work with you."

Not surprising, Suzanne thrives on new challenges. After more than 20 years selling for larger, national firms, she was intrigued by d.trio when she learned how three people teamed together as a group of friends to do something well. “They’re really making it work here. Being part of a group that wants to grow is very exciting.”

Thinks the world would be a better place if...

everyone would pick up a stray dog on the road and help find it a home. “They need us.”
